2020 Vision

This project is a visual representation of how my family and I felt in response to the coronavirus. Feelings of isolation, paranoia and boredom take form in the frame, which is distorted by a wide angle fish-eye lens. The series includes portraits of myself, my mother and my sister, the only options I had while trapped at home. I wanted these images to feel surreal and invasive– just like the reality of the virus, which invaded our everyday lives, wellbeing and what little faith we had in the world.
